Terms and Conditions

To confirm your stay, you have to provide us with a credit card number and date of expiry and CVC  and a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the reservation will be taken. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card provided is refused.

– The deposit is not refunded.

– In case of no show or early termination, the full amount of the payment will be required.

– In case of cancellation, we will keep the deposit value, which can be used on subsequent reservations. If the cancellation occurs 14 days before the check-in, the full amount of the stay is charged.

– Local city tax: €0,83 per night/person

– La Borde has a non-smoking policy inside buildings/rooms.

– Check-in from 15h. Check-out before 11h. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and at the discretion of the management. Early check-in additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for checking in between 11:00am and 3:00pm and a full room rate if checking in before 11:00am. Extended check-out additional fee will be charged equal to 30% of your room rate for extensions until 3:00pm, 50% for extensions until 6:00pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00pm.

– Pets are not allowed.

– Dinner on request.  Lunch snack for residents on request. Closed on Sunday & Wednesday.

– Corkage : 15€ / bottle.

– Suite Cuisine usage : Suite guests only.

– Children between 2-18 years : 60€ per child, per night, breakfast included. Extra bed on request, one per room : Only Amande, Jonquille and Safran.

– Children up to 24 months old : 35€ per child, per night. Baby cot on request, one per room.

– Breakfast between 8am and 10:30am.

– Wellness Center (by reservation): 150€  2 hours (from 18 years).

– Sports room (from 18 years).

– Games area/Swimming pool/Jacuzzi®/Sports room : under parental supervision until 18 years.
